Robert Wayne Calloway

Winston-Salem- Mr. Robert Wayne Calloway, 47, passed away July 19, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born January 11, 1964 to Bobby E. Calloway, Sr. and Margie Rippey Calloway. Mr. Calloway served in the U.S. Navy and will always be remembered as a loving son, father, and friend. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby E. Calloway, Sr. He is survived by his son Johnathan Wayne Owens and wife Sherri of Reidsville; two grandchildren, Faith and Abigail Owens; his mother, Margie Rippey Calloway; two sisters, Tonda C. Anderson and Lurae C. Oler and husband Steve; a brother, Bobby E. Calloway, Jr., all of Winston-Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Tom Manning. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Frank Shumate officiating.
