Rob Vivian

Mr. Rob Edward Vivian, 63, of Ararat, North Carolina passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Vivian was born in Niagara County, New York to the late Ronald and Dixie Vivian on March 12, 1954.

He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to fish, hunt and horseback ride. If he could be anywhere in the world, it would be at Smith Mountain Lake. He also enjoyed sports, especially football.

Mr. Vivian was preceded in death by his parents, one brother; Sonny Tippett. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Patricia "Pat" Vivian; step-daughter, Debbie Godfrey (Chad); and granddaughter, Kalea; sister, Denise Vivian.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday February 8, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
