Ricky Lee Tuttle

Mr. Ricky Lee Tuttle, 62, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at his residence. Mr. Tuttle was born in Forsyth County on July 14, 1953, to the late Earl Tuttle and Nannie Vaughn Tuttle. Ricky retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. He enjoyed music and loved playing his guitar as well as watching old western movies and ""Gunsmoke"" and he was an avid Duke basketball fan. Ricky loved his dogs and they were family to him. He is survived by his brother, Jerry Noel (Linda) of Clearwater, FL; two nieces, Kristin Wallace (Gareth) and Melissa Noel, all of Tampa, FL; and three great-nieces and nephews, Kellan Wallace, Ava Wallace, and Gianna Wallace. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Forsyth Humane Society, 61 Miller St., Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
