Ricky David Hardy

Mr. Ricky David Hardy, 51, of Winston-Salem passed away Friday, January 29, 2010. He was born May 1, 1958 in Forsyth County. Mr. Hardy loved car shows, working on hot rods, and woodworking. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandson, Kolby. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Surviving is the love of his life, Mary Brooks; a son, Victor Hardy (Rebecca); daughter, Misty Boles (Casey); and a grandson, Kolby Nelson. A memorial service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, February 4 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Mr. Ben Bolton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Brenner Children's Hospital Medical Center Blvd. Winston-Salem, NC 27157-1021
