Rickie Lewis

Kernersville – Rickie Lee Lewis, 56, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at his home. He was born on May 23, 1965 in Forsyth County to the late Fred Lee and Jenny Lee Dean Lewis. On May 1, 1993, Rickie married the love of his life, Tina. He worked at Triad Metal Fabrication as a machine operator.  Rickie loved to be funny and was known to be sort of a jokester. He enjoyed spending his time fishing, being around his family, and hanging out with his father-in-law and brother-in-law playing cards. Rickie was a beloved husband and father. He loved his family with all his heart and will be missed very much by everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 28 years, Tina Louise Lewis; daughter, Kayla Marie Lewis; In-laws, Roger, and Imogene Wilson; brother-in-law, Chris Wilson and wife, Denise; niece Christy Wilson; three brothers, Gary Lewis and wife, Kathy, John Lewis, and Fred Lewis; one sister, Cheryl Lawson; several other nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Robert Hanks.

A memorial service may be held at a later date. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
