Richard "Rick" Alonzo Sagadin

Mr. Richard ""Rick"" Alonzo Sagadin, 57, of Winston-Salem, died Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born on January 18, 1957, in Sacramento, CA to Carlita Stallings Sagadin and Joseph Sagadin. Rick was the founder and co-owner of Carolina Medical Parts and was a respected businessman in the medical field. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving is his wife, Kay Sagadin of the home; one daughter, Katrina Winn and husband Chuck of Winston-Salem; three grandsons, Kyle, Jason, and Alex; step-mother, Connie Sagadin; three sisters, Misty Cole, Frances Cole, and Jackie Navarro; two brothers, David Sagadin and Tim Sagadin; several nieces and nephews. There are no scheduled services.
