Richard Evans Perryman

Mr. Richard Evans Perryman, 74, passed away June 29, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center after the last ten years of declining health. He was born in Forsyth Co. on December 27, 1938 to the late Paul L. Perryman and Dinah Evans Perryman. Richard was a member of Hickory Ridge United Methodist Church and retired from Carolina Narrows Fabric with 35 years of service. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dan and Rudolph Perryman. Richard is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carol Sue Perryman of the home, a son, Jeffrey Perryman and wife Melissa of Pilot Mountain, a granddaughter, Cora Elizabeth Perryman, a sister, Grace Sapp (Wade) of Lake Norman, a brother, Paul Perryman of Midway and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Hickory Ridge United Methodist Church with Rev. R. Wesley McLoed officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
