MOSER WINSTON-SALEM, Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints, Psalm 116: 15. Mr. Richard Gray (Dicky) Moser 54 of Old Walkertown Rd. went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 30, 2008. He was born in Forsyth County on June 14, 1954 the son of the late Buford Stanley and Mildred Rosina Brown Moser. Richard had worked for 24 years with Interstate Truck Sales. He was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Moser was preceded in death by his mother and father, his grandparents, a sister Connie Moser and two brothers Kent Moser and Keith Moser. Surviving is his wife Barbara Kiger Moser of the home, six daughters, Teresa (Kenneth) Moser of Boonville, Melissa (Jody) Burton of Statesville, Jennifer (Mark) Brendle of Thomasville, Trisha (Donnie) Young, Stella (John) Barnum and Ann (Richard) Gilley all of Winston-Salem, 12 grandchildren, three brothers Sandy Moser of Pinnacle, Tommy Moser of Winston-Salem and Buddy Moser of Pamlico, NC and a very special dog Harley Moser and a host of step-sisters and step-brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Rev. Raleigh Hayden officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The Moser family will receive friends from 7 to 9 PM tonight at the funeral home. Memorial Donations should be made to the True Love Church, 905 East Lexington Ave., High Point, NC 27262.
