Richard Lee Bull, Sr.

Mr. Richard Lee Bull, Sr., 80, of Kernersville, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Liberty Commons. Mr. Bull was born on February 4, 1937 in Guilford Co. to Coy Allan and Grace Hall Bull. He was a member of First Christian Church. Richard loved gardening, racing, and eating. He enjoyed working on his truck and his jeep. He was a football fan and loved the Carolina Panthers. He also loved to travel.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Joyce Bull; and a special friend, Judy Carter. He is survived by three children, Lynn Combs and husband, Steve, Ricky Bull, Jr., and Chris Bull; three grandchildren, Justin Bull, Brittany Bull, and Gracie Bull; four great grandchildren; and two brothers, Donald and Ned Bull.
A graveside service for Richard will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Evergreen Memory Gardens in Reidsville, NC, with Dr. Pete Kunkle officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
