Renee Yvonne Smith Motsinger

Ms. Renee Yvonne Smith Motsinger, 56, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015 at her home. She was born June 4, 1959 in Forsyth County to Warren Bowden Smith and Shelia Martin. She was very loving and caring and enjoyed helping others. She loved her dogs Tootsie Roll and Priscilla. She is survived by one son, Seth Dylan Motsinger; two step-sons, Matthew Brent Motsinger and Jonathan Barrett Motsinger; one grandson, Sawyer Russell Motsinger; her parents; one sister, Ronda Swaim; three nieces Kayla, Erica, and Elizabeth Swaim; a great niece, Payton Swaim; two great nephews, Dylan and Damon McNabb. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Dr. Peter Kunkle officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Forsyth Humane Society 61 Miller Street Winston-Salem, NC 27104 or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
