Rebecca 'Becky' Grubbs Fallin

Ms. Rebecca ""Becky"" Grubbs Fallin, age 76 of Rural Hall went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday morning October 25, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born in Forsyth County, July 20, 1935 to Otis and Mary Elizabeth Griffin Grubbs. Becky was a member of Rural Hall Church of Christ. After being Saved and Baptized Becky knew that her calling was to help others. She retired from nursing after 35 years of service. She will greatly be missed. In addition to her parents Becky was preceded in death by two brothers: Robert Gray Grubbs and Sonny Grubbs. Surviving is her daughter; Cathy Fallin of Rural Hall. Two sons: Mike Fallin of Rural Hall and Ronnie (Beverly) Fallin of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Seven grandchildren: Chad Stoltz, Kristin, Lisa, Adam, Aaron, Andrew Fallin and Kerry Walker. Two great-granddaughters: Kaylee Stoltz and Breanna Green. Two sisters: Virginia Belton of Rural Hall and Patsy Martin of Germanton. One brother; Steve (Dianne) Grubbs of Rural Hall. A sister-in-law: Phyllis Grubbs of Rural Hall. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon, October 28, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Rural Hall by Minister Walter Brewer, and Minister Peter Cain. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, October 27, 2011 from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Rural Hall Church of Christ, 435 Bethania-Rural Hall Road, Rural Hall, NC 27045. The family would like to extend a very special Thank You to Libby Belton and Beverly Fallin for all the love and support they gave to the family.
