Mrs. Rebecca 'Becky' Ann Wooten Brown, 65, of Winston-Salem died Monday, April 1, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born June 20, 1947 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, Edgar Elsie Wooten, Jr. and Margaret Andrews Wooten. Mrs. Brown attended Union Grove Baptist Church and was retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company following 31 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Eddie Lee Wooten and Robert Carl Isgett. Survivors include her husband, Edwin Brown, III and one son, Edwin Hampton Brown, IV of the home; one sister, Alta Lineback (Chris) of Winston-Salem; one step sister, Trimella Chaney (Nevelle) of Boone; and her special dog, ""Trouble"" The funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Dr. Ken Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
