Ms. Reba Bradshaw Holcomb, 81, of Winston-Salem passed away on Tuesday, September 25. She was born on December 7, 1930 in Watauga County, NC to Jones Milton and Mary Kerley Bradshaw. She was the tenth of twelve children. Reba lived most of her life in Winston-Salem and was lucky to spend many years at home raising her five children. She worked in retail for many years and enjoyed meeting new people each day. Reba loved shopping for antiques and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Reba was preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers; and two daughters, Donna Holcomb and Paula Holcomb Rosenberg, of Winston-Salem. She is survived by two sisters, Evelena Rohr of Monroe and Caroline Bradshaw of Hudson; two sons, Grey Holcomb of Lexington and Keith Holcomb of Lewisville; a daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Wayne Holton of Winston-Salem; four granddaughters, Brooke Hall (Michael), Rachel Clarke (Patrick), Erica Rosenberg, and Taylor Holcomb; one grandson, Kalen Holcomb; and three great-grandchildren. A service celebrating her life will be held Sunday, September 30 at 2:00pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.
