Reba Webb Carson

Mrs. Reba Webb Carson, 90, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born on May 12, 1924 in Bell Springs, VA to the late James Earl Webb and Essie Miller Webb. Mrs. Carson was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed deeply by all who knew her. She retired from Forsyth Medical Center as a CNA on the pediatrics floor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Carson is survived by her three children, Pat Hilton of King, Shirley Holston (Roger) of Rural Hall and Charles Carson (Chenoa) of Mt. Airy, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall.
