Raymond Leslie Mitchell, Sr.

Mr. Raymond Leslie Mitchell, Sr. 72, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 at his residence. He was born on August 31, 1942 in Mooresville to Cora Oaks and Augusta Mitchell. He touched many people's lives and was loved by all who knew him. Surviving is one daughter, Lisa Mitchell and husband Charles; two sons, Raymond Mitchell, Jr., Anthony Mitchell; special gransons, Tedarral and Antwon Mitchell; a host of many other family and friends. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Crestview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at Hayworth-Miller Rural Chapel.
