Raymond Joseph Kleean, 81, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born April 25, 1930 in Oil City, PA to the late Joseph and Theresa Murphy Kleean. Raymond was a member of Our Lady of Mercy church. He was also a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and Winston-Salem Elks Lodge. He retired from Dallas Mavis Trucking Company with over twenty years of service as Safety Director. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Aileen Sarah Boyer Kleean and stepbrother Bill Newmaker. He is survived by daughter Terri Mullins of Winston-Salem; four sons Joe (Jackie) Kleean of Winston-Salem, Mike (Tammy) Kleean of E. Palestine, OH, Ray (Diane) Kleean E. Palestine, OH and Tom (Kerri) Kleean of Winston-Salem; eleven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday July 7, 2011 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Michael Butner officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Kate B.
