Raymond Fillmore Bop" Goodrich

Mr. Raymond Fillmore ""Bop"" Goodrich, 73, of Newton, NC died Friday, September 26, 2008 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem.. He was born March 21, 1935 in Mansfield, GA, the son of the late, Charles and Winnie Sue Lloyd Goodrich. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Sue Goodrich. Survivors include one son, Carlos Goodrich and wife, Donna of Clemmons; one daughter, Carmen McFall and husband, Phillip of Colorado Springs, CO; four grandchildren, Katie Goodrich and Callie Goodrich of Clemmons, NC, Phillip McFall II and wife Emmylou of Colorado Springs, CO and Melanie McFall of Colorado Springs, CO; one great grandchild, Tahjyanna McFall of Colorado Springs, CO; one brother, Eddie Goodrich and wife, Catherine of FL; two sisters, Charlyne Knepper of GA and Connie Brantley and husband, Bill of GA; numerous nieces and nephews and a devoted friend, Frank Callahan of Newton. At Mr. Goodrich's request a private family graveside service will be conducted at Piney Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Waynesville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
