Randy Lee Smith

Randy Lee Smith, 64, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. He was born on September 26, 1960, in Forsyth County to Doris Everett Smith and the late Norman Smith. Randy was a hard-working welder, loved motorcycles and was very patriotic. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend, who will be missed.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald McRae Smith.

Those left to cherish his memory are his four children, Luke (Crystal) Smith, Lindsay (Robert) Garren, Lisa Smith (Chris Rash), and Landon Smith; seven grandchildren, Brianna, KyLee, Bladen, Sophia, Blakely, Rosaleigh, and Maddox; mother, Doris Everett Smith; one sister, Debra Smith Ragland; two nieces; and one nephew.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00pm, on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
