Randy Dale Dixon

Mr. Randy Dale Dixon, 53, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. He was born in Forsyth Co. on November 7, 1958 the son of Richard L. Dixon and Shirley Marie Redmond Dixon. Randy was a self employed carpenter who loved to hunt and fish. He was a loving father, son, brother and friend who will be missed deeply by all who knew him. Randy was preceded in death by his grandparents and an uncle, Kenneth Redmond. He is survived by his two sons, Randy Seth Dixon and Daniel Paige Dixon, his two grandchildren, Travis Gage Dixon and Alexis Dixon, his parents, Richard and Shirley Dixon, and two brothers, Ricky Lee Dixon and Dwayne Keith Dixon. Funeral services for Randy will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Rev. Rick Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 prior to the service at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to; Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Ln., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
