KERNERSVILLE – Mr. Randall Lee Humphrey passed away May 18, 2021 at Kernersville Medical Center. Randall was born in Pulaski County, Virginia on November 18, 1947 to the late Harold Gilmer and Julia Ann Moyer Humphrey. Randall was a master woodworker specializing in pen making. Randall was devoted to his country, loved the Army, and was always supportive of veterans needs. He was an avid reader who loved any kind of mystery, he loved steaks on the grill, baseball, his garden of vegetables and roses, and watching hummingbirds. He absolutely cherished his friends. He would do anything for them. Randall was preceded in death by his first wife, Vicky Humphrey, and his half-brother, Harold, Jr.

Surviving are his loving wife Anna Humphrey; two children, Tracy Shaver, Rebecca Roberts and Rebecca’s husband, Ian; step-son, Daniel Brodersen; four grandchildren, Sam, Frankie, Matthew, Elijah; a great grandchild, Elizabeth; three sisters, Barbara Kirkman, Marie Plank, Mary Blake; and one brother, Richard Humphrey.

A private graveside service will take place at Salisbury National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VFW Post 4967 2020 East Public Square Centerville, Tennessee 37033.
