Mr. Randall Clay Gaither, 60, of Winston-Salem, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He was born July 15, 1952 in Rowan County to Gurney Clay and Lillie Mae Potts Gaither. Mr. Gaither was a NASCAR racing fan and loved to read. He also served in the US Army from 1972 to 1978. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren. He never met a stranger and has many unofficial adopted children. He was a man of many talents (Handy Randy). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Claudeen Farmer and Rita Moses. Surviving is his wife of 30 years, Teresa Gaither; four daughters, Angela Koenig (Leo), Tina Gaither, Krystal Gaither and Shannon Gaither; two grandchildren, Sean Koenig and Kiana Gaither; a sister Cladeen Metz(Ansel), numerous nieces and nephews; and his special daughters, Nancy Fulp and Amanda Fulp. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 14 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
