Ralph John Ricciardi

Ralph John Ricciardi, Sr., 83, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. He was born in the Bronx, New York on February 21, 1940, to the late Alfonso Ricciardi and Raffaela Ricciardi. Ralph graduated from DeWitt Clinton High School in the class of 1958. After that he served honorably in the United States Army. Ralph was a proud Italian American New Yorker who served his city by working for the NYC Department of Sanitation for 20 years. In 1965, Ralph met and married the love of his life Loretta. Over the next 58 years Ralph and Loretta raised 4 children, Deborah, Ralph, Laura, and Danielle. Ralph devoted his life to his family by demonstrating loyalty, love, and respect in all his actions and words. In addition to his parents, Ralph is preceded in death by his sister, Marie. He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Loretta; children, Deborah (Kevin), Ralph (Chrisann), Laura, and Danielle; grandchildren, Tara (Jose), Brian, Giovanni, and Sienna; great-grandchildren, Brandon, and Romauldo; siblings, Amelia, and Alfonso; brother-in-law, Robert (Alessandro); many cousins, nieces, nephews, and chosen family, the Testa’s. The visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
