Ralph Edward McKee

Mr. Ralph Edward McKee, 85, the Best Dad In The World passed away Friday morning, January 29, 2010 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. He was born in Danville, VA on October 2, 1924 to the late George Early McKee and Lillian Howard McKee. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby McKee, two brothers and a sister. Mr. McKee is survived by four sons, Jonathan McKee and wife Rita, Steve McKee, Benjamin McKee and wife Margaret and Thomas McKee all of Winston-Salem, five grandchildren, one brother, Oscar McKee of Danville, VA and many special friends. Funeral services for Mr. McKee will be conducted 11:00 Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Rev. Rick Hudson and Bro. Don Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends from 6-8 this evening, February 2, 2010 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
