Ralph Brawn Hoar III

Mr. Ralph Brawn Hoar III, 56, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 15, 2012 at his home. He was born in Onslow Co. on November 30, 1955 the son of the late Ralph B. Hoar Jr. and Eleanor Duplease` Hoar. Mr. Hoar was a journeyman meat cutter by trade and was a loving father and grandfather. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Randy and a nephew, Randy Jr. He is survived by two daughters, Crystal Bierer (Jonathan) of Alabama and Carrie Tipps (Seth) of Tennessee, a son, Ralph B. Hoar IV (Karen) of King, 11 grandchildren, Nick, Brittany, Silas, Levi, Naomi, Caleb, Micah, Elijah, Zoe, Kara and Legend, two brothers, Wendall James Hoar and Mitchell Thomas Hoar. A memorial service celebrating Ralph's life will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Rev. Leroy Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
