Rachel Bailey Duff

Mrs. Rachel Bailey Duff, 91, passed away June 17, 2016 at Trinty Elms Assisted Living. She was born in Forsyth County to the late Daniel Thomas Bailey and Eugenia Phillips Bailey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Willie Duff. Mrs. Duff was a member of Wallburg Baptist Church and she retired from Citizens National Bank with 15 years of service. She is survived by her daughter, Margo Griffin (Michael); her son, Tim Duff (Judy); her granddaughter, Amy Duff Dooley (Doug); her grandsons, Brian Duff (Jackie), Troy Butler, and Scott Butler (Amanda); her step-granddaughter, Gina Floyd (Joe); her great-grandchildren, Brooke Dooley, Charlie Dooley, Nathan Butler, Jackson Duff, and Braelyn Duff; her step great-granddaughter, Laura Floyd. A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm, Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Roy Cantrell and the Rev. Max Evington officiating. Burial will follow at Waughtown Cemetery in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 3:00pm prior to the service. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Trinity Elms Assisted Living for the care and compassion that was shown to Mrs. Duff.
