R. Imogene Marion

Mrs. R. Imogene Marion, 84, of Pfafftown, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Regency Care. She was born April 29, 1928 in Stanleytown, VA to Robert Walter and Lutitia Reich Culler. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Ellen, Agnew, Bernice, Dick, Peggy, Shelby, Jack and Bobby. Mrs. Marion is survived by her husband, Wendell Marion; a son, Rick Marion; a daughter, Sandi D. Woodward (George); a grandson, Christopher Derek Marion; a sister, Fay Dowell; Rita Moore who was like a second daughter; a special niece, Judy Ann Hagie; and many other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Mr. Ed Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
