Peggy Turner

KERNERSVILLE – Peggy Lunelle Templeton Turner, 85, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Lunelle was born on May 3, 1933 in Iredell County to Clyde and Ruby Templeton. She loved her family, son and grandchildren and enjoyed vegetable gardening.

In addition to her parents, Lunelle was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Billy Turner; and two sisters, Lois and Eula.

Surviving are her son, Brock Harold Turner and wife, Bettina Thiel Turner; two grandsons, Bradley Aaron Turner (wife, Brittany), and Kevin Patrick Turner; three sisters, Brenda, Clyde, and Gwennie.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Mt. Gur Cemetery with Pastor Jay Boyce officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
