She married Paul Morris Hall on March 2, 1947. He preceded her in death on November 23, 2014.
In addition to her parents and husband, Peggy was preceded in death by three siblings, Mollie Allen (Clarence), Ellen White, and Elbert Baucom; and one brother-in-law, Ralph “Skip” Chambers.

Peggy retired after many years of service with Pilot Mountain Baptist Association. This was truly a job meant for Peggy.
Through Paul’s military service the family was able to experience living in Japan, Panama, Arkansas, Idaho, California, and Texas. Not only did the family learn history, but they also lived where it had happened. Peggy ensured it was a loving home, no matter where they lived.
Also, Paul pastored several churches during this time. Peggy was a great support to Paul as a pastor’s wife and a teacher for Sunday school and bible studies. The last one being Danbury Baptist Church. Peggy loved the Lord and was always faithful in attending church services with Paul and her children. They were faithful in attendance at Old Town, King First, and Pfafftown Baptist churches locally.
While living at various locations, she was a mother, pastor’s wife as well as a military wife. What a fulfilled life she lived and shared, not only with her children, but all she met.
