Pauline "Polly" Tesh Daniels

CLEMMONS, NC-Mrs. Pauline ""Polly"" Estelle Tesh Daniels, 88, of Clemmons, NC, passed away on Thursday April 23, 2015 at her home. Polly was born on May 8, 1926 in Davidson County, NC to George Washington and Lois Kimel Tesh, Sr. She was employed with Mid-State Tile where she retired in 1988. She was a faithful member of Centenary United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents Polly was preceded in death by her husband, S. Ray Daniels; one brother, F. Lee Tesh; one sister, Rachel T. Harvey; and a daughter-in-law, Joyce N. Daniels. Polly is survived by one son, G. Alvin Daniels; one daughter Kathy D. Crotts (Mike); five grandchildren, Annette Hill, Jennifer D. Hinson (Marcus), Debbie L. Daniels, Susan R. Hull (Josh), and Jonathan D. Crotts; eight great grandchildren, Adam and Kelly Hill, Tyler and Lindsay Hinson, Morgan and Tristian Hull, and Olivia and Bobby Hill; four brothers, John A. Tesh, G.W. Tesh, David A. Tesh, and Stephen W. Tesh. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday April 26, 2015 at Centenary United Methodist Church of Clemmons with Rev. Arnold P. Gosnell officiating. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday at the church.
