Mr. Paul Milton Worrell, 82, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. He was born in Forsyth Co. on April 23, 1929 to the late J. Rueben Worrell and Earnie C. Vass Worrell. Mr. Worrell was a retired car salesman and enjoyed playing his guitar. Paul was also an Ordained Baptist Minister and had spoken at many area churches. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Pearl Hutchins Worrell, three sisters and five brothers. Mr. Worrell is survived by a sister, Margaret Dunn of North Wilkesboro, his god-daughter, Tawana Blakley Dunn of New Bern and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Rev. Eric Combs officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends from 6-8 this evening April 29, 2011 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
