Paul Grier Steele

Mr. Paul Grier Steele, 83, of Winston-Salem died Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Springwood Care Center of Forsyth. He was born May 7, 1928 in Union County, NC, the son of the late, Judd Edward Hazel and Mattie Elizabeth Tarlton Steele. Mr. Steele was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Winston-Salem. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Wren Steele; three brothers and one sister. Survivors include one brother, John Ray Steele and wife, Margaret of Lancaster, SC; two sisters, Ruby Elizabeth Hedden of Charlotte and Wilma Rebecca Williamson of Summerville, SC and several nephews and nieces. A graveside service will be conducted Sunday, October 9, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Tirzah Presbyertian Church Cemetery in Waxhaw, NC.
