Patricia Ann Terrell Welborn

Mrs. Patricia Ann Terrell Welborn, 64, of Lewisville, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born June 18, 1949 in Wichita Falls, TX to Gerald and Marie Terrell. Mrs. Welborn worked 43 years at Bell-Davis-Pitt Attorneys at Law, who she considered as her second family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who also loved scrap booking and making cards. She was a faithful and spiritual person who loved keeping and spending time with her six grandchildren. Mrs. Welborn was preceded in death by her mother, Marie McClusky Terrell. Surviving are her husband, Richard ""Dick"" Welborn; two sons, Gerald Welborn (wife Renna) and Cheston Welborn (wife Meagan); two daughters, Breanna Shutt (husband Jon) and Katherine Franklin (husband Tim); six grandchildren, Renna Margaret, Kate, Hunter, Mack, Owen and Parker; two brothers, Herbert Terrell and Steve Terrell and a sister, Rebecca Coale. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at The Schaffner House in Winston-Salem. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, 2895 Shorefair Dr., Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
