Patricia Jo Towe

Patricia Jo Towe, 55, of Winston-Salem died Monday, September 15, 2008 at her home. She was born March 30, 1953 in Mt. Airy to Isaac Beauford and Josephine Easter Towe. She was a graduate of North Surry High School and Guilford College. She was presently a Mortgage Loan Officer at Allegacy Federal Credit Union. She was preceded in death by her father and her brother, Michael Steven Towe. Survivors include her mother of Winston-Salem; two sisters, Betty McCormick and husband, Dan Sander of Greensboro and Janet Shannon of Winston-Salem; one sister-in-law, Linda Towe of Pinnacle; four nieces, Allison Hilton, Kimberly Towe, Leigh Longhurst and Julia Sander and two nephews, Michael Steven Towe, Jr. and Will Sander. The funeral service will be conducted Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Dr. James Joseph officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery in Mt. Airy. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
