Patricia Baity Thomas

Patricia Baity Thomas-71, of Winston-Salem went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. She was born in Forsyth County on March 3, 1941, a daughter of late Jim and Agnes Baity. She attended church at First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Winston. She was a caregiver for her late husband for the past 4 years. She worked for Lucia Inc. until they closed down in 2001. She retired from Marshall's in 2011. Patricia married Donald Thomas on January 13, 1962. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Thomas; her parents Jim and Agnes Baity, and Sister, Toby Edwards. She is survived by her son Keith Thomas and wife Tammy of Winston-Salem; two grandchildren, Chelsie Thomas and Hailey Thomas; a sister Jewel Troutman and husband Jack; a special cousin, Jimmy Moore, and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 29. 2012 at First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Winston-Salem with the Rev. Tim Wolfe and Rev. Don Sigmon officiating . Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Hayworth Miller Silas Creek Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to at First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 998 Hutton Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101
