Patricia Huff Pickard

Winston-Salem, NC: Pickard: Patricia Huff Pickard, 70 of Winston-Salem died Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born in Forsyth County on February 2, 1939 to John Semmeon and Hazel Tesh Huff. She retired from RJR Tobacco Co. and was of the Moravian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Eugene Pickard, October 11, 2006. Surviving are two sons; Brian Keith (Mary Jane) Pickard of Lewisville, NC and Michael Wayne (Shelly) Pickard of Winston-Salem, one grandson; Daniel James Pickard of Winston-Salem, the joy of her life. In addition she is survived by one brother; Donald (Jane) Huff, two nieces and one nephew. Funeral Services will be conducted 10:30 am Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the Parklawn Mausoleum Chapel, officiated by the Rev. Randy Hillman. The Family would like to extend their profound gratitude for the love, support and prayers from so many dear friends and from her care givers. Thanks to Hospice care givers, Jo Ramsey, Sharron Vineyard, Renee Eubanks, and especially Yvonne Nelson, my Guardian Angel. In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be made to Hospice of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. ""Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.""
