Patricia Ann Ozimek

Ms. Patricia Ann Ozimek, 60, of Winston-Salem died Saturday, July 11, 2015 at her home. She was born November 9, 1954 in Corning, NY to Edward and Ruth Shapiro Ozimek. Ms. Ozimek was a member of Reynolda Church and was a graduate of Salem College. She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her mother of Clemmons; three sons, Andrew Carter, Matthew Carter and Johnathan Carter all of Pfafftown; five grandchildren; one brother, Daniel Ozimek and wife, Patricia of Pfafftown; one sister, Susan Rose and husband, Ronnie of Clemmons; two nieces and two nephews. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday at 3:00 PM at Reynolda Church, EPC with Pastor Alan Wright officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
