Patricia Stone Eaton

Patricia S. Eaton, age 79, of Winston-Salem, NC was promoted to Heaven Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born September 24, 1937 in Henry County, VA to John Grady Stone and Josie Lena Brammer Stone. Mrs. Eaton was a faithful member of Berean Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, sang in the choir, and was a member of the Ladies Missionary Auxillary. She was a mighty prayer warrior and witness to others. She retired as Senior Analyst from USAirways with over 30 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Cornelia Smith, Eunice Shenal, and Lois Crostic and four brothers, Curtis J., Conrad G., Buren S., Adron O'Dell Stone. Mrs. Eaton is survived by her husband, Earl R. Eaton; her son, Stephen A. Eaton; three nieces, Joan Louth, Nancy Clauson, and Frances Ann Harris (Sisters of her Heart) and several other family members. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Berean Baptist Church, 4135 Thomasville Rd. Winston Salem NC 27107. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Berean Baptist Church with Dr. Ron Baity officiating. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 P.M. in Roselawn Burial Park in Martinsville, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Berean Baptist Church Ladies Missionary Auxillary.
