Patricia Ann Spaugh Cain

Patricia Ann Spaugh Cain, born December 2, 1948 in Winston-Salem, NC, to A.W. Spaugh, Jr. and Lois Selma Boger Spaugh whom preceded her in death. Patricia went to be with her heavenly father on August 1, 2015 after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer. Surviving is her husband of 43 years, Larry Thomas Cain. Also surviving are two sons, Bradley Justin Cain and wife Rita, and Brett Thomas Cain and wife Angela; two grandchildren, Mason Justin Cain and Madison Denise Cain; three step grandchildren, Sydney Nelson, Ethan Nelson, and Eli Nelson; and one brother, Timothy Spaugh and wife Jane. Patricia graduated from West Forsyth High School where she enjoyed being head choreographer of the dancing drill team for four years. She also earned a degree from Forsyth Tech in 2000. She worked for Bayada Nurses and Novant Health. Patricia was a faithful member of Hope Moravian Church. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Hope Moravian Church with Rev. Andrew L. Heil officiating.
