Ora Caudill Walker

Ora Caudill Walker, 99, passed away Friday, November 14, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born April 9, 1909 in Wilkes County to the late Cicero Columbus and Janie Bowers Caudill. Ms. Walker was a member of Pleasantview Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Surviving are two daughters, Shelva W. Yates and her husband Junior of Winston-Salem and Jeannette W. Pilcher and husband Jerry of Kernersville; three grandchildren, Michael and Mitch Yates and Brian Pilcher; also surviving are four great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 17, 2008 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. David Harmon officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park.
