Omer William Motsinger Jr.

Mr. Omer William Motsinger Jr., 68, of Winston-Salem, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born August 24, 1943 in Forsyth County to Omer William Motsinger Sr. and Margaret Lucille Coble Motsinger. He was a very special father, grandfather, and loving brother. Surviving are one son, Jerry Wayne Motsinger and wife Kathy; two daughters, Teresa M. Erskine and Angela M. Motsinger, all of Winston-Salem; one stepdaughter, Elisabeth M. Hannah; one stepson, Jamie Coe; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; nine brothers, Wayne Motsinger, J.C. Coble, Larry Coble, Billy Ray Newsome, Darryl Coble, Clay Coble, Steve Spell, Roger Coble and Larry Newsome; and one sister, Shirley Coble. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 21 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Holcomb officiating.
