Ollie Blackburn Howell McIntosh

Ms. Ollie Blackburn Howell McIntosh, 85, passed away April 6, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1927 in Forsyth County to the late Henry Monroe Blackburn and Pansy Dull Blackburn. She is survived by her son, Larry W. Howell and wife Vicki of Clemmons; two grandsons, Larry Howell, Jr. and wife Lisa of Mocksville and Michael Todd Howell of Clemmons; one step granddaughter; one step grandson; two great granddaughters; a sister-in-law, Mary Blackburn; one niece and three nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Shiloh Lutheran Church in Lewisville.
