FULK RURAL Hall, Mr. Norman Lee Fulk, 71 of Dixie Chipboard Rd. passed away Saturday, January 10, 2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home following a period of declining health. Norman was born on July 23, 1937 in Stokes County the son of the late Johnny Lee and Ludie Stewart Fulk. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Germanton. Norman retired from Champion Industries in Winston-Salem and was a Veteran of the U. S. Army serving during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Surviving is his wife of 47 years Mrs. Ethel Holt Fulk of the home, a daughter Misty Fulk of Charlotte, two brothers Davis (Louise) Fulk of King and Clyde (Linda) Fulk of Rural Hall, two special nieces whom they helped raise Kathy Holt and Charlene Holt both of Rural Hall, a special great nephew Pappy's Boy, Jamie Holt of Rural Hall and a number of other nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 PM Today, January 12, 2009 at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Germanton wit Rev. Mike Sands officiating. Memorial donations have been requested to be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Ln., Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall is assisting the Fulk family
