Norma Addie Friddle Edwards

KERNERSVILLE-Norma Addie Friddle Edwards, 91, passed away Tuesday March 29, 2011. She was born December 25, 1919 in Rockingham Co. to the late Albert and Pattie Goolsby Friddle. Norma was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church in Kernersville. She had been employed with First Union National Bank in Greensboro, as a secretary in the Trust Department for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Roger Edwards, Sr. Surviving are her four children, Judy E. Bullins and husband, Gerry, David R. Edwards, Jr. and wife, Sheila, Pamela E. Terry and husband, Rick, and Shirley Mazzarella and husband, John; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Main Street UMC in Kernersville with Dr. Jeff Patterson and Rev. Dale Hilton officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 6:30 - 8:30 pm Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.
