Noelle Elizabeth Thorpe

Noelle Elizabeth Thorpe, 21, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2009 as a result of an automobile accident. She was born October 24, 1988 in Forsyth County to Randolph Gray and Susan Kerr Thorpe. Noelle was a member of Ardmore Baptist Church. She was a graduate of North Davidson High School in 2007, attended UNC-Charlotte, and was a Registered CNA. Surviving are her parents of Charleston, SC; a brother, Nick Thorpe and wife Heather of Raleigh; maternal grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. Warren Kerr; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Thorpe, all of Winston-Salem; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins that loved and supported Noelle over the past five years. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 2 at Ardmore Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Ireland, the Rev. Ty Talton, the Rev. Christa Warise, the Rev. Sandra Talton, the Rev. Warren Kerr and the Rev. Leland Kerr officiating. Entombment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
