Nicole Charlotte Hardison

Nicole Charlotte Hardison, 34, passed away Wednesday evening December 22, 2021.

September 17th, 1987 Nicole Charlotte Hardison (nee Sanfiorenzo) was welcomed into the world by her mother, Vita and father, Dave in NJ where she lived to adulthood.

After high school, Nicole experimented with jobs in several different industries, excelling everywhere she was, and ultimately settled into the hospitality restaurant industry. She had a near 7 year career with The Cheesecake Factory, working her way up through management, Nicole mentored many employees and developed significant deep friendships. With them she transferred to North Carolina. There she followed additional opportunities with BJ’s Brewhouse and settled recently with the Alexander Food Equipment Group.

Nicole was always open to having a conversation and making friends wherever she went. Her smile, laughter, love of food and cooking went with her everywhere, and were the signature pieces of her personality. An avid animal lover, her dogs Rocky and Saki were so very important to her. She enjoyed life and loved fiercely. She spoke many times throughout her early adult years that she accepted the fact she may never marry nor have a child. After meeting Josh, the love of her life, she knew they had something special together. Early on she knew he was the one she would marry. They married in August 2020, and she gave birth to their beautiful baby girl, Charlotte Rose on December 8th, 2021. Nicole was so excited to become a mom and have all of her dreams come true, however, she left us to go into the arms of Jesus long before we were ready to let her go.

Nicole is preceded in death by her father, Dave Sanfiorenzo; grandmother, Charlotte Sanfiorenzo; and many family loved ones. She is survived and always loved by her husband, Joshua Hardison and newborn daughter, Charlotte Rose; mother, Vita Schimes (Todd); brother, Anthony Tanzillo; sister, Priscilla Estrada (John and daughter, Cosima); aunts, Rachel Sanfiorenzo and Carol Kratzer; in-laws, Wilson and Marlene Hardison; sister-in-law, Jenny Clark; and family. She was loved and considered family by everyone who really knew her.
