Nicholle Surratt

Nicholle Emily Surratt passed away unexpectedly on May 22, 2019 at her home.  She was passionate about painting and music; and above all, she loved her daughter. Nicholle was preceded in death by her grandfather, Fredrick Stout; surviving are her mother, Susan Stout Phend; father, Michael Surratt (Lisa); daughter, Maya Jewel Reaves; brothers, Philip Surratt (Shannon) and Derek Phend; grandmother, Kathryn Stout; beloved partner, Kirby Reaves; nieces, Nikki Lane and Charlie Lane Surratt; nephews, Reece Lane Surratt and Chance Lane Surratt; and a large extended family. A visitation will be held from 3:00-5:00 PM, Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek.
