Nelta Chandler Jones

Mrs. Nelta Chandler Jones passed away Monday evening, June 1, 2015. She was born in Forsyth County on July 10, 1928 to the late Joe Chandler and Lula Richmon Chandler. Nelta was retired from Eckerd Drug with 27 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Edward Jones; daughters Brenda Jones and Cinda Keys; grandson Tye Jones; and son in law Danny Gordon. Nelta is survived by her daughters Linda Hutchins (Jay), and Diane Gordon; sons Larry Jones (Robin) and Fredrick Jones (Martha); son in law Richard Keys; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, June 5, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery.
