Naydean Hutchins McKnight

Our precious wife and mother, Mrs. Naydean Hutchins McKnight, 74, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015. She was born April 15, 1941 in Forsyth County to the late Clifton ""Pete"" and Geneva Davis Hutchins. She graduated from Gray High School in 1959 and retired from Wachovia Bank in 2000 as a banking officer. Mrs. McKnight was a member of Lewisville Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, going to Carolina Beach, and spending time with her family. Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Gene (Kaye) Hutchins. Surviving is her husband of 56 years, Hugh McKnight; children, Morris McKnight, Monica (Michael) Graves, Michael McKnight, and Michelle (Brian) Fisher; six grandchildren, Kendra (Jerry) Plemmons, Ashlyn (Jay) Perkins, Matt Moorefield, Andrew Moorefield, Luke Moorefield, and Drake Fisher; eight great-grandchildren, Jada Plemmons, Titus Plemmons, Xia Plemmons, Elias Plemmons, J.J. Perkins, Clifton Perkins, Winslow Perkins, and Marissa Moorefield; also surviving are two God sons, David and Adam Boyles. A funeral service will be held 3:30 PM Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel, 6685 Shallowford Rd. Lewisville, NC 27023 with Mr. Jay Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Lewisville Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:30 PM prior to the service.
