Nattie Lee Satterfield

Nattie Lee Satterfield, 86, died June 3, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem with her family by her side. She was a homemaker and member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She loved to cook, entertain and play cards with her friends and family. She loved to travel and lived in many states with her husband and children. She was born on June 9, 1927 in Orangeburg, S.C. to the late John W. and Lila Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Max L. Satterfield; three sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her children Susan Alford and son-in-law Stanley, Mark Satterfield and daughter-in-law Rachael; granddaughter Sarah Brewer and husband Jeff and two great grand children, Max and Lucy. A celebration of life service will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 7 at 11:00 am. In leiu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church, general fund, 2170 Bethel Church Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
