Mrs. Nannie Stillie Westmoreland, 88 of Winston-Salem passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008 at the Forest Heights Senior Living Center. Mrs. Westmoreland was born May 3, 1920 in Stokes County to John W. and Bessie Tuttle Stillie. She was retired from AT&T Corp. after 37 years of service and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kernersville. Mrs. Westmoreland was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Westmoreland, her parents and a sister, May. Surviving to cherish her memory are many nieces and nephews including; Faye Georgeff and husband John of Winston-Salem, Dixie Martin of King, Debra Bauer of Belews Creek, Bobby and Dallas Sutherland of Winston-Salem, Charles and Linda Fulk of Germanton and Lillie Mae Sapp of Winston-Salem. The Family will receive friends from 7-9:00 p.m. Monday, July 14 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. The Funeral Service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 15 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel officiated by Rev. Paul Leigh. A Graveside Service will follow in the Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. The Westmoreland Family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Forest Heights Senior Living Center and to Hospice of Forsyth County/Winston-Salem for the wonderful care given to Mrs. Westmoreland.
